A new survey conducted by the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research found that writing love poems was one of the most common ways that teens express their feelings to others. And one in five teens admitted to breaking up with a boy or girl because he or she wrote him or her an inadequate poem. This may not be the best way to gauge someone's feelings for you, but it's definitely an interesting tidbit about teen behavior.
